Before ownership transfer can be performed all the services for the domain has to be paid. To request a change please login and click here. The new owner must be an existing customer of ours before we can perform the ownership change.

To change registrar all the domain services must be paid prior to transfering out the domain. The EPP auth/transfer code can be requested here.
Deletion of a domain is performed manually by our support and can be requested here.
